Fabric With a Culture from Kenya plaid fabric outfit Masai Maasai BN

I don't know much about this product, but it's fabric that appears to be from Kenya. It can be worn in different ways or used as fabric, from what I understand. It measures 16" long folded. Its bag is open but it appears to have never been unfolded nor used. Please see photos. I'm selling another one (different colors), so check my other auctions as well.
