    skirt is in good pre-owned condition.
    There are no rips, no stains, no smoke odors and no pet odors.
    There is elastic in the back of the waistband.
    The front is pleated and it does not have elastic.
    There are two side pocket on the skirt.
    There are no tags to indicate the size or the fabric.
    I believe that it is 100% cotton.
    The material is lightweight and it does not stretch.
    The print is on both sides and the skirt is lined.
    I have listed it as XS - Small based on the measurements.

    The waist stretches from about 26 inches to 32 inches.
