    Description

    This set of three Russian lacquer boxes is a nice grouping to add to a a collection. The boxes all have writing on them, and one has writing under the lid.
    The oval box with the bee is marked: Narcissus, v. Kholui, Balchev (the artist). The inside is marked 2006.
    The round box is not hinged and says: Mstera, Young People gathering,  Budanova M (artist).
    The small rectangular box has mother of pearl worked into the design and is marked  Fedoskino and Bouquet of wild flowers. There is a name of the artist but it is hard to read.
    Measurements are: largest box is 3 7/8" by 2.5" and 1" tall, round box is 3" diameter by 1" tall and small box is 2 3/8" by 1 3/4" and 1 1/8" tall. Condition is very good for all.
