STEAK JERKY (Premium Beef Jerky)

Description

When we first made this, we asked ourselves what we should call it. Simply calling it beef jerky didn't seem to encapsulate the quality and taste enough. So we said:
Why settle for beef when you can have steak?
This is Steak Jerky, homemade with choice flank steak (not London Broil or Eye Round). There are no preservatives, MSG or additives and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Every order is made fresh, and will typically ship in 3 days.
Each piece is cut by hand and marinated in a special blend of sauces, spices and jerky cure. You will never receive anything that has been sitting on the shelf. Individual bags contain 2 ounces and are heat sealed to preserve freshness and quality.

Mrs. B’s Original BBQ Recipe – The original BBQ flavor that started it all, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Smokey Chipotle – Marinated with Chipotle Peppers and Adobo Sauce for a smokey flavor with just enough heat.
