Unique,Traditional Handmade Batik Dashiki by Nigerian Artist/XL

Beautiful, one-of-a-kind, unisex shirt/top/dashiki, with a tie dye design of various size circles on a
cotton background. Fabric was handmade by a wonderful Nigerian artist who has studied in Nigeria's major textile design school, is well-known for his deep interest in preserving Nigeria’s traditional batik techniques and patterns, and who teaches the fabric techniques to students around the US and in other countries. He is having these blouses and more traditional African shirts with embroidery made with a variety of his fabrics, which I am now selling, along with many of his 5 yard pieces of unique hand dyed textiles.
New condition; Round,snap closing neckline, with beautiful, traditional embroidery around the neck and down the front, based on older Nigerian/Hausa designs.  Size XL: Loose style; back width: 25”; body of shirt is all the same, so is 50” around underarms to bottom; 5” bottom side slits; length: 34” from back of neck; short sleeves: 18” around; 10” from drop/wide shoulder; side/hip pockets.
