Condition: Good vintage/preowned condition. A little wrinkled from storage, a snag here and there, maybe a loose/uncut thread (but no open seams). Still very nice and usable. Smoke Free - no funky smells. No rips, tears or stains.There are a couple of areas where the thread is frayed, loose (or missing) on the sunburst/flowers/pinwheel designs - see photos with green pointers.

Part of an estate box lot purchase - from the storage locker of an elderly couple who travelled the world and brought back relics/momentos/souvenirs/art, etc. from the places they visited - it seems like the height of their travels were in the 80's and 90's. Not sure if these were ever worn or not - if so, it would have been minimally. It's easy to imagine that they may have purchased during one of their visits to have traditional garments to wear to a festival / celebration / gathering - but that is my assumption only. Both have hoods and side slits. One is slightly shorter than the other. The longer one has long sleeves; the shorter one has 3/4 sleeves. They are an open weave pattern - so you would wear over leggings, bathing suits, etc. as more of a cover up. Great lounge wear pieces...maybe even for costume parties. I think they even make nice display/prop pieces. Price is for BOTH.
