This vintage Russian lacquer box measures 5" wide, 7" long, 2 1/8" tall. It is black with a colorful hand painted scene of three horses pulling a coach with a young man and woman away from a castle. The box is black with gold trim and the inside is red. It is signed beneath the scene. The box is in very good condition with no cracks or breaks in the lacquer, no deep scratches in the scene and the interior is clean.
