Vintage Russian Lacquer Box: Lady on a Dock Pouring Water into a Bucket

Description

For sale is a vintage hand-painted Russian lacquer box, depicting a young woman standing on a dock, pouring water into a bucket.
The lady is wearing an iridescent red dress with matching iridescent headscarf and shoe.
Note: because of the camera flash, the photos do not do justice to the beautiful iridescence of her clothing.
The box is hinged, unsigned, and measures 4 1/4" by 2 1/4" x 1 1/4".
It has some minor scratches, but otherwise it is overall in very good used condition.
