This pin features an exquisite portrayal of a young lady with very long, golden hair.  There are lots of details in this miniature painting.  The artwork is very striking against the black background.   The whole design is accented with a scrolled gold border.
This unique pin measure approximately 2 1/4" x 1 5/8" and is very lightweight.   Lacquered finish.  Not sure what it is constructed of but I believe these were usually made of paper mache.  This piece is signed in gold along the bottom which I really can't read.  Looks like ??anex, 3 autob something eka, maybe the inititals of the artist?
Beautiful workmanship and painting.  Condition is excellent.
