These sunglasses have UV lens made from natural non-organic glass and were approved by the USSR Ministry of Health. Manufactured in late 1980's by Izyum Instrument-Making Plant (Kharkov region) in Soviet Ukraine. Main products of this factory were optical instruments for Soviet Army, such as night vision devices, various types of sights, periscopes, etc. Visible condition of the item you can see on pictures.
