VTG Russian Babushka Porcelain Shakers Hand Painted Gzhel Cruet Set. Condition is "Used".
A beautiful set of vintage Russian Babushka porcelain shakers dating from the 1980s. The cruet set features salt and pepper cellars in the form of traditional Matrioshkas, a mustard pot with lid and a presentation tray. The set has been made from porcelain and hand painted in shades of blue on a white background. They are filled with charming details.
The underside of the tray features the Russian Gzhel manufacturers' mark.

Shakers: 3.5" Tall x 2" Wide (9 cm x 5 cm).
Mustard jar: 3.5" Tall x 2" Wide (9 cm x 5 cm).
Tray: 9" Long x 3.5" Wide (23 cm x 9 cm).
CONDITION:
The Gzhel cruet set is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The salt and pepper cellars have lost their original cork stoppers and these will have to be replaced.
